App license
For App Store distribution, refer to Apple's Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement. This page explains Idio's behavior and subscription controls; it does not replace that license or restrict applicable consumer rights.
Your writing stays yours
Idio repairs supported mechanical typing errors; it does not generate replies or complete your next thought. Corrections can be wrong or missed. Review important text, undo a correction immediately with Backspace, or disable Smart Correction in Settings.
When subscriptions become available
Monthly and annual options provide the same Idio Pro entitlement. The app displays Apple's localized price and billing period before purchase. Any approved trial or offer must be described there and in Apple's confirmation sheet; none is promised here.
Apple processes payment through your Apple Account. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the current period ends. Manage or cancel in iPhone Settings → your Apple Account → Subscriptions, or use Manage subscription in Idio. Apple's cancellation instructions explain the current steps.
Restore, expiry and offline use
Use Restore purchases in Idio with the original Apple Account. Pending or unverified purchases do not unlock paid access. A verified local entitlement lasts no longer than Apple's expiry or grace-period boundary, and at most seven days without another verification. Open Idio while connected to refresh status. Expiry does not delete learned data, break basic typing, interrupt safe undo, or remove privacy and reset controls.
Privacy and support
Keyboard processing remains local. Apple billing, Cloudflare website delivery and support email are separate services. See the privacy policy for data and retention details. For help, contact support@getidio.com. Do not send passwords or private conversations.
